Our Services
We provide services including website development, mobile app development, CRM and ERP solutions, custom software, e-commerce, digital marketing, SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, AI solutions, and cloud support. The final project scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees are confirmed separately in a proposal, quotation, or written agreement.
Project Scope and Changes
Work begins after the agreed scope is approved. Requests outside the approved scope, including new features, additional pages, integrations, or revisions beyond the agreed allowance, may require a revised timeline and additional charges. We will communicate such changes before proceeding.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for supplying accurate content, approvals, access credentials, feedback, and required third-party account access within reasonable timeframes. Delays in receiving these materials may affect delivery dates or project milestones.
Fees and Payments
Fees, payment schedules, taxes, and any third-party costs are stated in the applicable quotation or agreement. Deposits, milestone payments, and recurring service fees must be paid as agreed. Work or delivery may be paused when an overdue payment remains unresolved.
Intellectual Property
Once all applicable payments are received, the client receives rights to the final deliverables as described in the written agreement. AppVanta retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, reusable components, processes, and know-how. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licence terms.
Third-Party Platforms
Projects may depend on hosting providers, payment gateways, app stores, analytics tools, advertising platforms, search engines, APIs, or other third-party services. Their availability, policies, costs, rankings, approvals, and changes are outside AppVanta's direct control.
SEO and Marketing Results
SEO, Google Business Profile, advertising, and digital marketing work is performed using professional best practices. Search rankings, leads, traffic, campaign results, and platform approvals can vary and are not guaranteed, as they depend on competition, algorithms, budgets, content, and market conditions.
Confidentiality and Privacy
We treat client project information with reasonable care and use it only to provide the requested services. Clients should avoid sending highly sensitive information through public website forms. Please contact us directly if a separate confidentiality agreement is required.
Support, Termination, and Contact
Support and maintenance are provided according to the selected plan or written agreement. Either party may end a service engagement according to the agreed notice terms, subject to payment for completed work and committed costs.
